Lindsey Watkins, NP
Nurse Practitioner, Expert Injector
As an expert in aesthetic injectables, Lindsey Watkins, NP paves the way through the newest “latest and greatest” techniques in the industry. She is a life-long-learner and passionate about medicine with a data driven lens. Her eye for harmony and balance in the face keeps her patients thrilled with their results. She offers a wide variety of treatments within our practice, including neuro-modulation injectables, HA filler injectables, microneedling with or without PRP, Sculptra and facial peels. Lindsey completed her undergraduate studies at California State University of Long Beach, went on to attend nursing school at Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science, and ultimately received her Masters as a Nurse Practitioner at University of Massachusetts Boston. She has been with Dr. Ackerman’s practice since 2021 and presides over our award-winning med spa.
In Lindsey’s free time, she enjoys listening to podcasts, working out, and cooking! Fun fact, she attended culinary school and is an incredible chef, as well as an outstanding aerialist who has performed for tens of thousands of people! She is a California-native and works in our Newport Beach location Tuesdays and Fridays.
Kimberly Janoski
Patient Coordinator, Marketing Manager
With a background in Hospitality, Kimberly brings her 5-star service to Dr. Ackerman’s patients. As our surgical patient coordinator, she excels in providing concierge service to patients while overseeing bookings on the surgery calendar, as well as handling pre-op and post-op details. You can usually find her tucked away in her office working hard to keep things organized, or on a busy day you may catch her in the front office, coordinating patient flow for the day, or training the front office team. We often say that Kimberly wears many hats in our practice! Her keen eye for marketing comes into play as she oversees our overall marketing and online presence. Kimberly’s academic background is in Business and Hospitality Management, and she is a San Diego State University alumnus. She has been exercising her business and hospitality skills with Dr. Ackerman’s practice since 2020.
In Kimberly’s free time, she enjoys cultivating a healthy lifestyle, spending time outside, and celebrating life! Kimberly immerses herself as a social media manager for various small businesses and has written a published journal for women’s mental health. She is Orange County born and raised, living in Huntington Beach and working full time with us here in Newport Beach.
Hailey Callender
Front Office Administrator
Our patients and team couldn’t be luckier to have Hailey as our front office administrator! Hailey’s organization and efficiency keep our office running smoothly every week. As a part time student at Golden West Community College, Hailey is pursuing her AA, with plans to transfer in 2027 to a university to study Nursing! As part of her thirst for knowledge and passion for the medical field, Hailey is often assisting our medical team with their supply orders, inventory and organization, as well as familiarizing herself with our medical practice procedures and policies that help keep our office-based OR functioning at its best! Hailey is a fantastic team player with a can-do attitude. She has been with our practice since 2024 and continues to take on more and more responsibility.
In Hailey’s free time, you can most likely find her at the beach! She loves working out, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.
Gigi Luu
Front Office Administrator/Social Media Coordinator
If you’ve followed us on Instagram, Tik Tok, or Facebook, you’ve seen Gigi’s social media work! Gigi brings a creative eye to our social media pages, and she keeps us all ACTING as fresh and young as Dr. Ackerman and Lindsey make us LOOK!
With an academic background in Psychology, she understands how people use social media to search for their providers, and the emotional quotient social media plays in our lives. And while no, she can’t help you become an influencer, Gigi can help you better connect with your audience through the perfect blend of education and entertainment. She has been with us since 2025 and we can clearly tell the difference in our social media game improvement!
In Gigi’s free time, you can find her out and about in OC in search of a sweet beverage like boba or matcha, or spending time on the golf course with her family! You can also check out her makeup tutorials on Tik Tok – @avogigi.
Ashley Budge
Front Office Coordinator
Our most loyal and energetic, long-time leader and backbone of Dr. Ackerman’s practice is Ashley! She has been working for Dr. Ackerman since 2005 and has seen so many transitions of our office over the years. After managing the office from 2007-2012, Ashley transitioned to a part-time role when she became a mom! Since then, she still has always played an integral role in our practice. She used her bubbly personality and stellar people skills to build our med spa from the ground up, which is today known as an expert injecting med spa, Ackerman Aesthetics! After so many years of building relationships with our patients, she’s a clear “fan favorite”, with many of our long-time med spa patients requesting appointments to be scheduled specifically on the days Ashley works! Ashley also manages our AAAASF accreditation for our operating room, as well as serving as our human resources coordinator for our employees.
An Orange County native, Ashley attended Cal State Fullerton where she studied Exercise Science. She lives with her husband and two children in Newport Beach where between work and kids she still manages to pursue her passions for fitness, family, and travel.
