Plastic surgery - Could she get any?

At 38, A-list actress Nicole Kidman is still practically flawless. But are her Oscar-winning looks all natural?

Through the years:

1983 - SAUCY TEEN AUSSIE
"She has beautiful overall features," says Dr. Peter Geldner of Nic. "But she looks older than 16."

1991 - FRESH-FACED
"Her face is becoming more angular," notes Dr. Boris M. Ackerman. "And she has a very gummy smile."

1994 - CRUISIN' WITH STAR POWER
"Her nose looks thinner and more refined, much narrower at the tip," says Dr. Geldner of Nicole at 26.

1997 - PORTRAIT OF A LADY REWORKED?
"There's facial tightness and new brow positioning," Dr. Geldner says of possible face and brow lifts.

2001 - TURNING BACK THE HOURS
"Her cheeks are much fuller — it could be implants or fats grafts," speculates Dr. Geldner of Nic at 34.

2003 - STEPFORD WIFE ALERT
"She has some excess skin in her lower eyelids," notes Dr. Ackerman of Nic's otherwise super-smooth face.

More Gorgeous?

2005 - SKIN
"The skin is nice and smooth — it looks like she's avoided the sun," says Dr. Ackerman. Meanwhile, Dr. Geldner thinks Nicole may have had some help from a chemical peel or laser treatment.

CHEEKS
Dr. Geldner believes implants or fat grafts may explain Nicole's prominent cheek-bones, but Dr. Ackerman suggests that microliposuction or fat-pad removal on the lower face could be responsible for the strong definition.

JAWLINE
"Nicole's jawline is nice and crisp," obeserves Dr. Ackerman. Dr. Geldner suspects that a face-lift (performed through an incision near the lower ear) around 1997 could be behind the tautness.

FOREHEAD
"There's is no question she uses Botox in her forehead," believes Dr. Geldner of the wrinkle-free zone.

EYE AREA
"She may have had Botox injection in her lower lids and crow's-feet," observes Dr. Ackerman. As for Nic's brows, Dr. Geldner thinks a brow lift may have repositioned them sometime around 1997.

NOSE
"It's a nice, natural improvement," says Dr. Geldner of Nicole's possible tip refinement.

LIPS
"Her smile is totally different," notes Dr. Ackerman, who says Restylane may have plumped the upper lip, minimizing the gumminess of her smile.

Should Nicole nip and tuck?

Talk about bewitching. At 38, Nicole Kidman doesn't seem to be aging one bit. "She looks spectacular," says Dr. Peter Geldner, a Chicago-area plastic surgeon who hasn't treated her. "She has timeless quality."

Perhaps for good reason. Dr. Geldner believes Nicole looks like she's had multiple procedures to preserve and perfect, including Botox injections ($400 a pop), a face-lift (around $6,000), a brow lift (about $3,000) and implants or fat grafts ($2,000 to $3,000) to enhance fullness of her cheeks.

That's not all, according to Dr. Boris M. Ackerman of Newport Beach, Calif., who also hasn't treated Nic. He thinks the angularity of her lower face may be the result of microliposuction (around $5,000) and that she may have had Restylane injections ($500 each) to plump her lips. A rep for Nicole vehemently denies she's had any of the work our experts think she may have had.
