Rhinoplasty, or surgery to reshape the nose, is a fairly common procedure. 		This patient had a somewhat overpowering nose with a large bump. Rhinoplasty created a more balanced, natural appearing nose that fits her face very nicely.
		This patient has an over-projecting tip with a very large overall nasal appearance. She underwent rhinoplasty, which rebalanced all of the nasal proportions to create a pleasant effect.
		This patient has a slight bump with a slightly decreased tip rejection. Subtle alterations gave a very cute, yet natural appearance to her nose.
		This patient had a poorly defined tip with a disharmony of all nasal parts. A well planned out and executed rhinoplasty can completely reposition all nasal elements in such a way as to create a beautiful, natural appearance. In this case, the nasal correction significantly improved the harmony and appearance of the patient?s entire face.
		This patient has a relatively small nose. Subtle alterations created more definition and better nasal proportions, thereby resulting in a more pleasing appearance.
		In this patient, all of the nasal components were excessively large, which created overall facial disharmony. Due to the rather strong facial features, it was decided that the nose should not be made too small. However, simply repositioning the different nasal parts resulted in a significantly more harmonious and natural appearance.
		This patient had prior nasal surgery and ended up with an over resected nasal tip and a residual nasal bump. Revision rhinoplasty rebalanced all of the proportions, reconstructed her nasal tip, and enhanced the natural beauty of her nose and face.
		This patient has an overly long nose, which created an acute nasal labial angle. Shortening the nose and rebalancing the proportions between the lip and the bottom of the nose and tip created a significantly more pleasing nasal appearance.
		This patient has an overall large nose, and the significant cartilage access gives the center of the face an overpowering appearance. Sophisticated rhinoplasty that addresses facial balance and harmony as it relates to the nasal appearance creates a more pleasing face and nose.
