Restylane is a medication that weakens the small muscles of facial expression. It is used to smooth out smile lines, as well as visible lines and creases on the forehead and between the eyebrows. Restylane can also be used to enlarge lips.

Laser resurfacing removes areas of damaged or wrinkled skin to produce a naturally rejuvenated appearance. The procedure is most commonly used to eliminate fine lines, especially around the mouth and the eyes. Laser resurfacing may also be used to treat areas of uneven pigmentation.

Silicone injections are used to fill in facial lines and enlarge lips. Although silicone injections have a reputation to cause problems, the probability that these problems will occur is significantly reduced by proficient and specific use by the doctor.
