Breast lift surgery is a procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. As skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their youthful shape and firmness. Additional factors such as pregnancy, nursing and weight loss can cause the breasts to sag. While breast lift surgery will not permanently lift the breasts, the procedure can significantly delay the effects of aging and gravity.

The plastic surgeon will examine your breasts and take measurements. The size and shape of your breasts and the placements of nipples and areolas will be carefully evaluated. Medical history will be discussed like medicine conditions, drug allergies, medical treatments received, and previous surgeries. If there was a weight loss, your weight should be stabilized before surgery.

After breast lift surgery, she achieved a more youthful and pleasant shape to her breasts. She was seen approximately six months after surgery, and while the scars were still moderately red, they will fade quite nicely within a year of surgery.
